All are Welcome at Trinity Wauwatosa

Keep, O Lord, your household the Church in your steadfast faith and love, that through your grace we may proclaim your truth with boldness, and minister your justice with compassion for the sake of our Savior Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.

(Collect for the Sunday closest to June 15, BCP, page 130)

For the next few months, Churches that observe a liturgical calendar will be in the Season after Pentecost, also known as “The Green Season” (for the liturgical color) or “Ordinary Time”. In the first half of the liturgical year, the story of Jesus’ life is told through the seasons of Advent, Christmas, Epiphany, Lent, Holy Week and Easter. For the remainder of the liturgical year, the Church will reflect upon what it means to be an Easter people – to live as citizens of God’s Kingdom in the power of the Spirit and in the hope of Christ’s return.

The work of the Church is found both in the proclamation of God’s truth (words) and the ministering of God’s justice (action). These days of so-called “ordinary time” can be days to grow in our faith; days when the seeds of the Gospel can flower in our hearts, leading us toward lives marked by boldness and compassion. The seed of God’s love has been planted in this world – one heart at a time. Come grow with us!

Trinity is a mid-sized parish: large enough to offer a range of opportunities and activities for all ages, yet small enough that people really get to know and care for one another. We offer education and formation opportunities for children, youth, and adults, and various groups within the parish fit many ages, needs and interests, including an active youth group and many outreach ministries. Worship ranges from casual and traditional Sunday morning services to more intimate weekday chapel services, and the occasional evening or other special opportunity. Everybody is welcome. Everybody has a place at the Lord's table.  We hope you will use this site as a resource to learn more about us, and we look forward to meeting you in person and perhaps welcoming you as part of our community. If you need further information on our worship services or the many other ministries of Trinity Episcopal Church, please contact the church office via e-mail, or by calling 414-453-4540. We look forward to talking with you.
