For Youth
Children's Education

Children (preschool to high school) meet in classrooms following the 9:30 service
(summer excluded.) See the parish calendar for the schedule of upcoming events.
Members of the parish find significant reward in volunteering to teach classes. Visitors and parishioners in preschool through high school are welcome and encouraged to join any of our Christian Formation classes.
Children's Chapel

All children ages 3-8 are welcome to this children's Litany of the Word, offered during the first half of the 9:30 service. The children light altar candles, sing songs, pray and hear the lesson of the day in an age appropriate context. They rejoin their families in church in time to share together in Communion
Nursery

Trinity provides a toy-filled nursery with paid staff and volunteer parishioners to care for children
(including infants) during each Sunday's 9:30 service. The nursery is located in the lower level of the church.
Vacation Bible School

Trinity celebrates a week of Vacation Bible School mornings each summer. We welcome children, ages 3-10, from the entire community, regardless of denomination. VBS teaches a curriculum based on a theme (which is different each summer), inspiring children to strengthen their relationship with God while having fun and making new friends.
Youth Library

Children are welcome to read and/or check out books from the youth library, located adjacent to the classrooms on the church's lower level.
Youth Group/Episcopal Youth Community (EYC)

Episcopal Youth Community, or EYC, is composed of youth in 6th through 12th grades. Meetings are held twice
each month from October through June, with one meeting for fellowship and one for service work. Annual
activities include rock climbing at Adventure Rock, a pizza party at Fun World, the 30 Hour Famine to raise
funds for World Relief, and a winter retreat at Camp Webb
in Wautoma, Wisconsin. While the emphasis is on fun, there is also a more serious goal of supporting our youth
through a closer walk with God in an often difficult world. Youth often bring friends from their schools or neighborhoods - any and all youth are welcome to attend!
Staying Connected (College Student Outreach)

Many of Trinity's youth go from high school to college. For these students, Trinity offers a special service -
sending care packages to show the community's support and stay connected with these students. Members donate many
gift-package items and/or money to offset costs.
