Trinity Church owns three properties, the church proper, and two adjacent houses for clergy, one on Milwaukee

grounds surrounding them, as well as the parking lot and the grounds surrounding it and the church.
The organization and function of the committee can be summarized as follows:

committee could use a Chair person - The Junior Warden is currently acting Chair
- Monthly meetings of 1-1 1/2 hours
- Establish an annual budget to present to the vestry and congregation for approval
- Identify priorities for current and future maintenance needs of the church and houses
- Obtain bids for projects, contracts, and equipment necessary for care of the properties. (for example, snow
removal, heating and cooling systems, etc.)
- Recruit, organize, and oversee 2 (or more as needed) work days per year where parishioners volunteer to help
with grounds clean-up, painting, interior cleaning, and other tasks
